Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Tagged and Bagged.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Tagged and Bagged are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Tagged and Bagged. This policy applies but is not limited to:

  • Preservation Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 14 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Tagged and Bagged.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 14 days for a possible refund or exchange.
  • Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.

We reserve the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on our website. Please regularly check taggedandbagged.com for updates.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@taggedandbagged.com.

We only exchange items if they arrived damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at customerservice@taggedandbagged.com. All exchanges must have:

  • photo proof of damage
  • unused and in same condition you received it in

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Upon receiving the damaged item(s), we will ship out replacement item(s) next-day.
